The Celestron Dew Heater Ring is the ideal dew prevention solution for your Celestron telescope.

The Dew Heater Ring permanently mounts to your 6" Celestron Schmidt-Cassegrain optical tube, replacing your retaining ring, so you'll never be caught without it.

The installation process is quick and easy (follow the manual for instructions).

• Fits 11” Schmidt-Cassegrain, EdgeHD, and RASA telescope tubes
• Helps prevent dew formation on the Schmidt corrector lens
• Prevents off-axis glare from entering the optical system
• Rigid body with a velvet-lined interior surface to reduce stray light
• Two adjustable clips for easy installation and disassembly
• Cable management at the base of the shield —perfect for using the Fastar/Hyperstar configuration or using in conjunction with the Celestron Dew Heater Rings

A precision-machined Large Losmandy-style (D-series) dovetail saddle designed to securely mount telescopes and imaging rigs to equatorial or alt-azimuth mounts. Featuring dual stainless steel clamping knobs and brass-tipped locking screws, this saddle delivers rock-solid grip without marring your dovetail bars — ideal for astrophotography setups demanding stability and repeatable balance.

NOTE: Sirius Optics recommends that any dew heater strap or heated dew shield be connected to a dual channel dew controller and not directly to 12V.

This allows the user to regulate the current and temperature of the dew heater strap or dew shield. 

The recommended control unit is the Astrozap Dual Channel Dew Controller (Product No. 124474)

Dew heater for secondary mirror - large

This allows the user to regulate the current and temperature of the dew heater strap or dew shield.
