All Newtonian and Dobsonian telescopes need to have their mirrors checked and realigned occasionally. The easiest way is to use a a laser collimator. The Saxon 1.25 inch Laser Collimator with 2 inch Adapter makes collimating your reflector telescope easy, and you can use it in the dark too.
To protect your scope optics from dust in storage we recommend the Pegasus Dust Cover For 6 to 8 Inch Dobsonian for the bottom primary cell of your scope and the top secondary cell.
