Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer Mini (SAM) Motorised Mount – Red

The ultra portable Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer Mini (SAM) is a lightweight equatorial mount that is only 650g! It is a high precision, portable and stable celestial tracking platform for Sidereal, Solar and Lunar tracking with automatic DSLR shutter release control (not included). Moreover, it can be fully controlled with Wi-Fi for assisting you to create interesting time-lapse videos with your DSLR. Sky-Watcher shutter release cables can be purchased separately for most poplar camera models/brands.

SAM fits on most of astronomical, photo, or video tripod via its 1/4″ and 3/8″ adaptor.

Integrated Wi-Fi Platform

SAM is equipped with build in Wi-Fi and the free Star Adventurer Mini Console App for Android and iOS platform for controlling the mount with your smatphone.

Precise Polar Alignment for Pinpoint Stars Astrophotography

The Polar Scope with an included illuminator helps the polar alignment process in both Northern and Southern hemispheres. That is a great advantage for achieving professional astronomical photos. The equatorial wedge (not supplied) is equipped with fine adjustment knobs in both azimuth and latitude axes for easily centring the celestial pole without moving the tripod.
